Courier Service: Available in Alexandria and Cairo only. No drop-offs.

Shipping Terms: Free shipping for 10+ items. If items have defects, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your bundle price.

Get Paid: Choose courier collection (for a fee) or Instapay.

Cash is Coming Your Way: Sent within 7-10 days after confirming item condition.

Clothing Condition: Items must be washed and undamaged. We may return or donate items that don’t match their description.

Yes, buying used clothes is eco-friendly and budget-friendly. We ensure all items are freshly washed by the previous owner or returned if they don’t meet our hygiene standards. In Egypt, thrifting is becoming more accepted, and we're here to help change outdated perceptions.
