Refund policy

We know that running a thrift shop can be a bit of a wild ride. To keep the good vibes flowing and make sure everyone enjoys the thrift ride, we’ve laid out our policies as clearly as our sparkling pink vibes!

All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our pre-loved fashion items, we do not accept refunds or returns. But don’t worry—we’re here to make your life easier and make sure you love your pre-loved treasures!

Quality Assurance:
We’re all about quality, but as a thrift shop, surprises can happen. Please inspect your items carefully before paying. If you notice a defect after payment and the tag is still attached, contact us on the same day of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

Try-On Policy:
Want to check your items before committing? No problem! You can arrange for our courier to wait for up to 10 minutes while you inspect your order. If something isn’t right and you decide not to keep it, the shipping fee must still be paid directly to the courier.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.

After that, if your order has already been prepared or sent out for delivery, a 40 EGP cancellation fee will apply.

A lot of care goes into preparing and packing every order, and we also pay the courier either way. So if you cancel late, ghost the courier, or refuse the order, you’ll need to settle the fee via InstaPay before shopping with us again.

Order Modification Policy:
Need to change something in your order? Send us a message on Instagram before the order is out for delivery, and we’ll modify it from our side whenever possible. Once the order is out for delivery, changes can no longer be made.
