Hey there, fabulous thrifters! We know that running a thrift shop can be a bit of a wild ride. To keep the good vibes flowing and ensure everyone has a blast, we've laid out our policies in a way that's as clear as our sparkling pink vibes!

 

⚠️ All sales are final! Due to the nature of our pre-loved fashion items, we do not accept refunds or returns. But don’t worry—we’re here to make your life easier and ensure you absolutely love your pre-loved treasures!

  • Quality Assurance: We’re all about quality, but as a thrift shop, surprises can happen! So, give your items a good inspection before handing over that cash. If you spot a defect post-payment and the tag’s still on, hit us up within the same day of delivery — we've got your back!
  • Try-On Policy: Want to check your stuff before committing? No problem! Arrange for our courier to wait for a 10 minutes while you check out your goodies. If something isn’t quite right and you decide to return it, just remember: you’ll need to cover the shipping directly to the courier.
  • Order Cancellation Policy: Let’s keep it sustainable, fam! If you’re canceling more orders than you’re receiving, you’ll get a one-way ticket to our blacklist. We’ll only process your orders if you pay online; otherwise, it’s an automatic cancellation.
  • Order Modification Policy: Due to the hustle and bustle of our fabulous operation, we can’t change orders once they’re in the system. Need a change? We’ll have to cancel, and then you can place a fresh order with your new faves!
