• Prepare Your Clothes: Ensure all items are clean, free of stains or major damage, and in a condition that you would be happy to receive.
• Photos: Take clear, real photos of your items (no app or model pictures). Each photo should clearly show the brand, condition, and size.
• Bundle Submission: Please submit a minimum of 5 items at once. We'll price your items as a complete bundle, so make sure to send everything together. Individual item pricing isn't provided.
• Review & Pricing: After you submit your items, our team will review them and provide a price estimate within one week. We set the prices using our pricing strategy. Not all items may be accepted.
• Shipping Perks: We arrange courier pick-up for your items in Alexandria and Cairo. While there's a fee for the service, shipping is on us if you send 10 or more items! Please note, we don't accept drop-offs.

Payment Options:

Once we’ve evaluated and priced your items, you’ll have the following options based on the final selling price we set:

-Option 1: Sellers receive 30% of the selling price in cash plus an additional 15% store credit, totaling 45% of the selling price.

-Option 2: Sellers receive 35% of the selling price in cash.

Payment is processed within 7-10 days after we confirm the condition of your items.

We focus on pre-loved fast fashion items from popular brands like Zara, H&M, Asos and similar.

Final Sale: Once you sell your items to us, they cannot be returned or requested back.

If the received items don’t match the condition described, we may return them to you at your expense or donate them based on your preference.
