Shipping policy

 

We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Shipping and Scheduling: Our courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

• Order Acceptance: You have 3 days to accept your delivery. If you do not accept the delivery within this time frame, the items will be returned to us. 

• Blacklisting Policy: If you refuse to accept an order, you will be added to our blacklist. Each failed delivery results in a 40 EGP cancellation fee, which we’re charged directly.
